But the good news from Greenwood Pharmacy is that the recent store expansion and refurbishment has close to doubled its sales. Located in Greenwood Plaza Shopping Centre in the heart of North Sydney, the previous store suffered from cluttered doorways, narrow aisles, and a general lack of space. This was compounded by a split-level floor which required customers to step up to the professional service area at the rear – a major inconvenience for prams and the mobility impaired. Greenwood Pharmacy underwent a complete image re-branding with a full design and store fitout has creating a more attractive and accessible retail space for customers, which has and paid dividends for to the owner s. |

Whilst expansion of the store into an adjacent tenancy added an extra 50% floor space, improvements to the layout and traffic flow have seen customer throughput increase and sales almost double.The larger store allowed entry points and aisles to be opened up, and space for a ramp to combat the change in floor levels. A new logo, inspirational graphics and signage along with better lighting and displays put adds the icing on the cake for this total store redevelopment.
